a good part of my sunday today was spent on baking these pineapple tarts... the mom of a childhood buddy of mine ordered these tarts for an office party tomorrow... usually i will make batches of them during the busy hari raya & deepavali period when there is always a high demand of orders...
those who have tried the tarts mentioned that they love the home-made pineapple filling as it is very sweet and not so sour-ish.... well, i do have a soft spot for all things sweet.. :-)
